Arriving
The entrance is on Naivasha Road, marked by the round medallion on the gate wall. Security is on duty at the main gate; visitors, deliveries and contractors stop at the gate post.
Moves are booked in advance, so security already has the booking when a removal truck arrives.

Before you move in
Book the move
At least five days ahead, for moving in and moving out. The booking goes to security, so the truck isn't held at the gate.
Register pets
Pets are registered with the body corporate and approved by the trustees before they arrive.
Ask before altering
Changes to a unit are approved by the trustees before work starts.
Owners and tenants do all three in the residents' portal. Estate agents and removal companies can arrange them through the estate office.
The residents' portal
Owners, tenants, trustees, security and the managing agents work from one system: maintenance, approvals, move bookings, notices, documents and trustee resolutions. Accounts are by invitation from the estate office.
